Abstarct: The occurrence of skin wounds due to burns, the patient stays in bed, diabetes, etc. is always one of the problems and concerns of patients and failure to treat the wounds sometimes leads to amputation of the patient; Therefore, continuous monitoring and control of wound infection by examining changes in one or more parameters in the wound bed is very important. Therefore, due to the importance of this issue, in this dissertation, by designing and constructing an electrochemical biosensor sample of potentiometric type, first the pH obtained from the wound fluid is converted into a measurable voltage signal and then by making different buffer solutions that have characteristics Similar to radar wound fluid, an acceptable relationship was found between wound pH during treatment and the dose of medication administered Then, a valid mathematical model for the prevalence of infection in the blood is selected and by matching its parameters with the factors considered in this dissertation, a suitable control algorithm is designed continuously to continuously control and monitor the pH and volume of drug delivery to the wound. MATLAB was simulated. It is worth mentioning that the method used to prevent the transmission of any type of infection to the patient is done offline, because in online methods, due to the flow of blood in the channels designed on the sensor, they increase the possibility of transmitting infection to the body.
