Abstarct: The Khunrang granitoid pluton of Late Cretaceous age (79–76 Ma) and the Sarbijan–Dalfard granitoid bodies of Oligocene–Miocene age (27–20 Ma), located in northwestern Jiroft on opposite sides of the Dalfard fault, are emplaced respectively within Triassic–Jurassic mextamorphic rocks of the Sanandaj–Sirjan Zone and the Eocene volcano-sedimentary sequence of the Urumieh–Dokhtar magmatic belt. These intrusive bodies constitute part of the Neo-Tethyan subduction-related magmatism. Deep-seated fault systems (Dalfard and Sabzevaran faults) have controlled the emplacement of the plutons and caused intense fracturing of the granitoids, accompanied by significant hydrothermal alteration along the fault zones. Mineral chemistry and whole-rock geochemical data indicate oxidized conditions and a mextaluminous, I-type, calc-alkaline affinity characteristic of a continental margin arc setting for both intrusive suites. Thermobarometric calculations baxsed on various methods suggest that the Khunrang pluton crystallized at temperatures of 720–880 °C at mid-crustal depths of approximately 8–12 km, whereas the Sarbijan–Dalfard granitoids were emplaced and crystallized at temperatures of 650–800 °C and shallow crustal depths of about 3–7 km. These rocks display enrichment in LREEs and LILEs (e.g., K, Rb, Cs, Ba, and Pb) and relative depletion in HREEs and HFSEs (e.g., Nb, P, and Ti), implying partial melting of a subducting Neo-Tethyan mextabasitic oceanic slab and an overlying mextasomatized mantle wedge. This geochemical signature reflects a syn-subduction tectonic setting during the Late Cretaceous for the Khunrang granitoid pluton and a syn- to post-collisional Oligocene–Miocene setting for the Sarbijan–Dalfard granitoid bodies. The widespread hydrothermal alteration of the host rocks, together with porphyry copper mineralization associated with the Sarbijan–Dalfard granitoids (Razi-Abad porphyry copper deposit) and iron–copper skarn mineralization developed at the contact between the Khunrang granitoid and Triassic–Jurassic carbonate rocks, indicates a relatively high mineral potential, particularly within the Oligocene–Miocene intrusive bodies of the region.
