Abstarct: Employee well-being is recognized as one of the most influential factors affecting organizational effectiveness, productivity, and service quality. The rapid expansion of remote work in recent years has created new opportunities for organizational flexibility while simultaneously introducing significant challenges to maintaining and enhancing employee well-being. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify, evaluate, and prioritize the factors influencing employee well-being in remote work within public service organizations in Iraq using a multi-criteria decision-making approach. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-survey in terms of methodology. Initially, a comprehensive review of the literature was conducted to identify the potential determinants of employee well-being in remote work. After eliminating duplicate items and integrating conceptually similar factors, 21 initial factors were identified. In the next stage, the Fuzzy Delphi Method was employed to evaluate these factors baxsed on expert judgments, resulting in the selection of 12 key factors with a consensus level of at least 75 percent. Subsequently, the Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method was applied to determine the relative importance of the selected factors. The findings revealed that job autonomy, supervisor and organizational support, coworker support, effective digital communication, and goal and workload management are the five most influential factors affecting employee well-being in remote work, respectively. The results indicate that improving employee well-being in public service organizations requires simultaneous attention to organizational, occupational, and social dimensions of remote working environments. The findings of this study provide practical guidance for policymakers and managers in designing human resource strategies, improving remote work practices, and enhancing employees' quality of working life.
