Abstarct: The aim of this study is to analyze and identify the key criteria for evaluating organizational readiness for the implementation of Industry 5.0. Considering the rapid technological transformations and paradigm shifts in manufacturing systems, transitioning toward Industry 5.0 requires the systematic identification and assessment of critical drivers. In this research, five main criteria—technology, social, infrastructure, industry, and innovation & research and development (R&D)—were identified and operationalized through 21 sub-criteria. To refine and validate the indicators, the fuzzy Delphi method was employed baxsed on the opinions of eight industry experts. After fuzzy aggregation and defuzzification, the final sub-criteria were confirmed. Subsequently, the DANP method, implemented using MATLAB software, was applied to analyze interdependencies among criteria and extract their final weights. The ranking results revealed that “Market Demand” achieved the highest weight and ranked first, followed by “Product and Technology Development” in second place—both belonging to the main “Industry” criterion. Additionally, “Provision of Skilled Workforce” ranked third as the most influential sub-criterion within the social dimension. These findings indicate that readiness for Industry 5.0 is primarily driven by market dynamics, technological development capability, and human capital preparedness. Overall, this study provides a structured multi-criteria and network-baxsed evaluation model for assessing Industry 5.0 readiness and emphasizes the synergistic integration of market responsiveness, innovation capacity, and skilled human resources in enabling sustainable and human-centered manufacturing transformation.
