Abstarct: This research aims to investigate the impact of Sustainable Management Control Systems (SMCS) and eco-innovation on sustainable performance, considering the mediating role of supply chain management among Iranian companies. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-survey in terms of methodology. The statistical population consists of active Iranian companies. Using a convenience sampling method, 320 managers from these companies were selected as the statistical sample. Data collection was conducted using a standard questionnaire, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via AMOS software was employed for data analysis and structural model fitting.The results indicate that Sustainable Management Control Systems and eco-innovation have a positive and significant impact on supply chain management. Furthermore, supply chain management, acting as a key driver, exerts a positive and significant influence on the sustainable financial performance of the companies. In addition, the findings fully confirm the mediating role of supply chain management in the relationship between Sustainable Management Control Systems, eco-innovation, and sustainable financial performance. The findings suggest that Iranian companies can leverage the implementation of Sustainable Management Control Systems and a focus on eco-innovations to strengthen their supply chain management, thereby establishing the necessary foundations for achieving sustainable financial performance and long-term competitive advantage.
