Abstarct: With the aim of evaluating factors affecting sustainable agricultural development in North Khorasan Province, this study examined five dimensions: economic, social, environmental, political, and educational-extension. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a two-stage cluster sampling method and analyzed using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) model. Findings revealed that the environmental index had the highest performance, while the educational-extension index had the lowest. Internet usage had the most significant positive impact on all dimensions of sustainable development, whereas reliance on traditional media negatively affected the indices. Additionally, tractor ownership without environmental training showed a negative effect on the environmental index. In conclusion, achieving sustainable agricultural development requires a multidimensional approach, integrating modern technologies with targeted training, and strengthening institutional and financial infrastructure.
