In the present era, human resources are recognized as one of the most important resources of organizations, and job loyalty is considered a key factor in increasing productivity and reducing employee turnover rates. This study identifies factors affecting job loyalty and its relationship with the desire to quit, and uses the Rough Set Theory to extract behavioral patterns and analyze data. The results of this study show that factors such as job satisfaction, organizational communication, and attention to employee needs significantly affect job loyalty.
